Each widget must be initially configured in the Queue Wallboard module - in it you will found two basic tabs:
- UCP Widgets
- Remote Servers
In this tab you will see a list of all configured widgets, and two buttons: Delete Selected and Create Widget.
The "Create Widget" button will allow you to configure a group of widgets with the information that each user will require.
When the process of "Create Widget" began it will show a modal like this:
In which you will observe some options that are always present:
An optional name that a widget could received if its setted. If not nothing will appear as the title.
This option is the one that decide from which remote server (if is one or various configured) the queue's data were getted.
The current widgets that can be configured under this module are:
- Agent State
- Agent Summary
- Average wait time if a queue
- Caller Outcome Summary
- Last 24 hours of a queue
- Generic Html/Text Section
- Longest Wait time in a Queue
- Multiple Active Calls
- Multiple Agent Summary
- Multiple Received Calls
- Queue Summary
- Received Calls
- SLA of a Queue
- Last week of a queue
And depending of which widget type is choosed there will be another options appearing in the dialog like:
The Queue where the data will be obtained.
The Agent Name of the Queue that will be observed.
Averaging Period or Time Range:
The range of time that will be used to show the required information. It could be: five minutes, ten minutes, fifteen minutes, one hour or one day.
The Time Zone that wants to be tracked.
The type of clock format that will be used. It could be: twelve hour or twenty four.
Alert Above or Alert Level:
A range of acceptable minutes or percentage that will be take into consideration, if the data is below that number, it will show you a message letting you know that the data is under the specified number setted. It could be a text box or a select box.
An optional text box where you can put some observations or notes for the widget.
Within this tab the administrator will list all the configured remote servers where the module will get the data and also it will be possible to set up new remote server connections to the module.
When you press the "Add Server" button, a modal screen will appear and ask for this information:
A descriptive name for this connection
The host where the module its going to ask for the data queue.
Asterisk Manager User
A user that is allowed to query stuff in the remote Asterisk.
Asterisk Manager Password:
The password for that user.
The MySQL Database where the module is going to ask for the data.
A user that is allowed to query stuff in the remote MySQL.
The password for that user.
User Management Control
The User Management Module controls which Queue Wallboard widgets a user will be able to add as a widget in UCP.
Now you will find that in your User Management (per user) appears the "Queue Stats" tab in which you will see two option to set:
Enable Queue Stats Access:
Which help you to enable this option to appear in the UCP panel to add widgets of this type or mantain disable the option for the current user. If this option is "NO" then the next option can not be setted and appears like a disabled option.
Allowed Queue Stats Widgets:
In this option you can select which Queue Stats widget will appear in the UCP "Add Widget" dialog.
