For each device we define the level of support (Supported Level) the device has. See table below for full explanatiofull explanation.
Index | Tested Level - Meaning |
---|---|
Tested | The device is tested using the EPM in our labs and found to handle basic provisioning. Such as making and receiving calls. |
Not Tested | The device is added to EPM and the configs should work but we have not actually tested in our labs provisioning the device and can not guarantee it will even provision nor do we have a requirement to provide free support to make it work |
