  • To have SIPStation send a request to update LIDB records with your Caller ID Name (CNAM), please download the following form.
  • Please fill in all the information on the form, then open a SIP trunking/SIP Station support request ticket in our Support Center under the "SIPStation Support" Department as shown below. You will use this ticket to submit the form.

    Select the SIPStation Location that is associated with your request.

    Select a category of "Update LIDB Records."

    Type a subject into the subject line and write your message below.

    Click "Add File" and then click "Choose File." Select your LIDB document from your computer.

    Click "Submit" to send us your ticket.

  • We will submit your LIDB update request. We will update the ticket once we have confirmation that the changes were accepted into our upstream carrier's database.
