  • To have SIPStation send a request to update LIDB records with your Caller ID Name (CNAM), please download the following form.
  • Please fill in all the information on the form, then open a support request ticket in our Support Center under the "SIPStation Support" Department as shown below. You will use this ticket to submit the form.

  • Select the SIPStation Location that is associated with your request.

  • Select a category of "Update LIDB Records."

  • Type a subject into the subject line and write your message below.

  • Click "Add File" and then click "Choose File." Select your LIDB document from your computer.

  • Click "Submit" to send us your ticket.
