How do I sign up?
- Log into the SIPStation Store at http://www.sipstation.com and choose a location if applicable.
- Click on My Account in the green navigation menu.
- Click on the Account Configuration tab
- Scroll down toward the bottom to find the Metered Services section.
- Set the International Toll Calls toggle switch to On (green). This will immediately enable international calling. Remember, Top-Ups will automatically become enabled when you enable International Toll Calls. If this is your first time enabling Top-Ups, this will result in a top-up charge on your account.
Weekly International Limit
- By default when you enable International Calling as outlined above we set your weekly dollar limit to 5.00.
- Log into the SIPStation Store at http://www.sipstation.com and choose a location if applicable.
- Click on My Account in the green navigation menu.
- Click on the Account Configuration tab
- Scroll down toward the bottom to find the International Fraud Guard section.
- Click on the Confiture Configure button and you will get a dropdown to pick different dollar amounts based on your approved limits with Sangoma. By default new accounts can pick between $5.00 and $10.00 for a weekly limit. This resets every Sunday.
- To request a higher weekly limit please open a support ticket at our support center here requesting a higher limit and we can assist you with this.
How do I disable international calling?
- Log into the SIPStation Store at http://www.sipstation.com and choose a location if applicable.
- Click on My Account in the green navigation menu.
- Click on the Account Configuration tab
- Scroll down toward the bottom to find the Metered Services section.
- Set the International Toll Calls toggle switch to Off (gray). This will immediately disable international calling. Note: Top-Ups cannot be refunded.
