Headset Base and Phone Ports

CS5XX Series Installation with EHS30

The following figure shows the connections between the EHS30 Adapter, the bottom of the Sangoma Phone, and the Plantronics Wireless Headset base unit. See the detailed instructions below.

1. Connect the Plantronics wireless headset base unit to the RJ-9 headset port on the IP phone, using the telephone interface cable provided by Plantronics.

2. Connect the included RJ-12 cord between the EHS30 Adapter RJ12 Port (Port 1) and the EXT/EHS Port of the Sangoma phone.

3. Connect the included 3.5mm DC Power Port (Port 3) of the EHS30 Adapter to the handset lifter/EHS cable port on the Plantronics wireless headset base unit.

4. Connect the headset base station's power cable between the DC port on the base station and a power outlet.

W7XX Series Installation with EHS30

The following figure shows the connections between the EHS30 Adapter, the bottom of the Sangoma Phone, and the Plantronics Wireless Headset base unit. See the detailed instructions below.

1. Connect the Plantronics wireless headset base unit to the RJ-9 headset port on the IP phone, using the telephone interface cable provided by Plantronics.
