The Voicemail section allows you to see all the voicemails left for your extension and lets you listen to any voicemail on demand.
For each voicemail you can see
- Date- Date and Time of Call
- Caller ID- Name and Number of each Call
- Orig Mailbox- What mailbox was the voicemail left in.
- Duration- How long in seconds the call lasted.
- Playback- Click the Speaker Icon to listen to the voicemail on your computer. Click the Phone Icon to have the system call your phone and play you the voicemail.
- Download- Click the Download Icon to download a copy of the Voicemail
