The Monitor section allows you to see all sent and received calls from your extension. You will also see a download link in the Monitor Column for any calls that have a recording associated with them.
For each call you can see
- Date- Date and Time of Call
- Caller ID- Name and Number of each Call
- Source- If inbound call this will be the Number of who called you.
- Destination- If outbound call this will be the Number who you called.
- Duration- How long in seconds the call lasted.
- Monitor- If the call has a Call Recording associated with it you can listen and download the recording here.
