Overview
Queue Pause Code allows you to pause a Queue with a Particular Reason. The reporting feature is a part of the VQ Plus commercial module.
Navigating to Queue Pause Code
- Log into the PBX GUI
- In the top menu go to Admin
- In the drop-down menu go to Queue Pause Codes
Each of your Pause cods will be shown in a list and will have a list available. To edit the queue pause code, click the pencil button to go to the callback.
Navigating to Feature Code
- Log into the PBX GUI
- In the top menu go to Admin
- In the drop-down menu go to Feature Codes
Adding Queue Pause Code
- Click on Add Pause Code
- after adding the pause code and reason submit and apply config to save the configuration.
Pause Scenarios:
- Pause in all Queues with reason
Suppose your pause code is *46 then to pause in all queue please use *46 <reason code>. Example *4612. This will pause in all the queues with the particular reason. - Pause in a particular queue with reason
Suppose your pause code is *46 then to pause in particular queue please use *46 <reason code> <queueno>. Example *46125000. This will pause in particular queue with the particular reason. - Unpause in all queues or particular queue
To unpause in all or particular queue please use standard pause/unpause code. *46.

Unpause can be done using the standard pause code. Ex *64 will toggle pause code
