THIS WIKI HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR VERSION 13 OF YOUR PBX GUI
The Do Not Disturb module is used to reject calls at the user's request. This happens at a Dial Plan level. Note that DND may also be set at an endpoint level.
The Do Not Disturb module provides DND functionality. There is no "Do Not Disturb" module under the PBX GUI menus. Settings are controlled via feature codes, the User Control Panel (UCP), and REST Apps.
|*78||Activate DND. If DND is already active this does nothing|
|*79||Deactivate DND. If DND is not active this does nothing|
|*76||Toggle DND. This will Deactivate DND if active or Activate DND if not active.|
User Control Panel
In version 12+ of the PBX GUI, you can give your users the option to access the User Control Panel (UCP). The UCP can manage DND states in the same manner as using the feature code.
In the settings section of UCP, a user can toggle DND on or off by clicking the switch.
In the Presence section of UCP, a user can set DND based on presence state. For more info visit the appropriate UCP page.
If you are using the REST apps on your end point, you can use the DND option to toggle the DND state. See the REST apps page for details and supported devices.
