  • Report exposed to Sangoma Certified Resellers and Customers.
  • This report will show all pending orders that have not been fulfilled and invoiced yet. Once all items on the order have been invoiced the order is no longer pending and has been fulfilled.
  • Go to the Reports Section of the Sangoma Portal and click on List.

  • Locate the Sales-Open Order Report By Item and click on the View icon

  • You will see a list of all Pending Orders that are in process of being fulfilled.
    • You can see the items on the order that have not been shipped or processed and if a promise date has been provided by Sangoma it will show up here along with what warehouse we are shipping the product from.
    • You can click on the Order ID to view a copy of the order.
