As a customer, you can create customers below you that are assigned to you. You become the "owner" of these sub-accounts and can manage these accounts on your customer's behalf. You can edit and view the customer information, deployments, and users. You can purchase products and software for sub account deployments. You can also open support tickets for sub account deployments and choose whether the ticket will use your own support credits or the sub account's support credits.

Creating a Sub Customer Account

  1. Go to the Sangoma Portal at https://portal.sangoma.com and log in.
  2. In the navigation menu near the top, select Customers → Create.



  3. Fill in the General Information, Billing Information, and Shipping Information areas, and press the Submit button.



  4. You can now optionally create users for this customer, and purchase any products for this customer.
