  • Navigate to your System Admin module in FreePBX.
  • Click on the Activation tab at the top right.

  • You should now see a screen like below showing you that you are eligible to receive a Free System Admin Pro module if you activate your system.
  • Click on the Activate button to start the process.
  • Provide your login email address for the FreePBX/Schmooze Portal at and press the Verify button to move to the next step. If you do not have an account yet you can create one free here.  

  • Set the "New Deployment?" option to Yes and we will create a Deployment ID for you. Please note Deployment IDs are unique to a system's hardware and can't be reused on a different machine. Give this deployment a "friendly" name to help you differentiate between your different systems when using the Schmooze Portal to buy products. Lastly, press the Activate button.

  • After 10-15 seconds, the screen should refresh and you should see the unique "Deployment ID" displayed and an "Activation Expiry" date. If you do not see this screen and you still see the same text box from earlier, then you did not successfully grab a license file. Until you get a license file from us, you will not be able to purchase commercial modules, since you need to pick a deployment that has been registered with us when using the store. Please repeat the steps. If you are still having problems, you can contact the Sales Team by logging in to the portal and submitting a Sales Related Request.
