What You Need to Know
Sangoma Connect Mobile and the Zulu Desktop Softphone are available for purchase by FreePBX users, and is already included in PBXact systems. If you are a FreePBX user and already have the Zulu desktop and mobile client, you’ll receive Sangoma Connect Mobile free of charge!
Sangoma Connect Mobile will recognize and inherit existing Zulu UC licenses. For example, a FreePBX or PBXact system with 20 existing Zulu UC user licenses will have 20 available Sangoma Connect Mobile user licenses - no separate Sangoma Connect user licenses are required.
To use Sangoma Connect Mobile and the Zulu Desktop Softphone, purchase our Softphones products: Sangoma Portal Store.
If you want Sangoma Connect Mobile and did not already have Zulu UC, you can purchase Softphones licenses from the Sangoma Portal Store. That will give you licenses to use the Softphone apps: Sangoma Connect Mobile or Zulu UC Mobile, and Zulu Desktop. See the Sangoma Connect FAQ for details about using Connect Mobile and Zulu softphones with your PBX. For FreePBX users, there is also a Free, 2-user 1-year License if you'd like to try Sangoma Connect Mobile.
FreePBX and PBXact administrators can enable Sangoma Connect Mobile users within the User Management module of the PBX. That can auto-generate an invitation email to the user with a ‘magic link’ for automatic log-in. For details, see Installing Sangoma Connect for Mobile.
